Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton (HNC) supported by OSCE mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina organised the Conference on Violence and Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Programme entitled "0% Tolerance to Violence at Schools". The promotion of the Guide through the Protocol of Conduct in Case of Violence at School for Children/Youth, Parents and Teachers entitled "0% Tolerance to Violence at Schools" was held on that occasion and it was published by TPO Foundation and the abovementioned Ministry. The Guide represents a unique educational publication that with its content as well as the structure approaches to children/youth, teachers and parents with the aim of systematic prevention and protection of children and youth who are the victims of peer violence, but also to provide help for those children who behave in a violent manner. The text authors are students of several high schools from Mostar and Stolac together with their mentor, i.e. expert associate of

Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Emina Jusufbegović as well as Ms. Arijana Ćatović, the psychologist, pedagogue and psychotherapist. It is important to emphasize this publication was created knowingly in cooperation with B&H young people and one of the fundamental reasons for this kind of work approach is a wish to make certain administrative acts more comprehensible to all segments of B&H society. The Guide was represented on the conference by Nina Harčić, a III grade student of High school Stolac. Beside many teachers, students and pedagogues, Ambassador Jonathan Moore, the Head of OSCE mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, PhD Rašid Hadžović, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (HNC), Mr. Veselko Čerkez, Head of HNC government and Mr. Ljubo Bešlić, Mayor of Mostar also attended the promotion.
